  The OVL1 transaction code allows users to create, change, and display transportation plans for deliveries. It also allows users to assign transportation plans to delivery documents and to view the status of the delivery documents. Additionally, it enables users to view the transportation plan details such as the route, carrier, and cost information. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the OVL1 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required data such as delivery document number, route, carrier, and cost information. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the changes made. 
  5. Select “Display” to view the details of the transportation plan created. 
  6. Select “Change” to make changes to an existing transportation plan. 
  7. Select “Assign” to assign a transportation plan to a delivery document. 
  8. Select “Status” to view the status of a delivery document with its assigned transportation plan. 
  9. Select “Delete” to delete an existing transportation plan from a delivery document. 
  10. Select “Exit” to exit from the OVL1 transaction code screen.
