  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OV94 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the access sequence and select “Save”. 
  4. Enter a description for the access sequence and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Assign Access Sequence” from the menu bar and enter a COPA project name. 
  6. Select “Define Search Order” from the menu bar and enter a search order number for each value field that needs to be searched. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished entering search orders. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the access sequence for use in COPA projects.

  It is recommended that users test their access sequences before activating them in order to ensure that they are working properly and that they are returning valid values from the database. Additionally, users should be aware that changes made to an access sequence will not take effect until it is activated again after being saved.
