  5. Enter the duration of each shift in the “Shift Duration” field. 
  6. Enter the start and end times for each shift in the “Shift Start/End Times” fields. 
  7. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  8. Select “Assign” from the menu bar to assign a shift report type to an employee or group of employees.
