  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OQ26 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new qualification type. 
  3. Enter the name of the qualification type and a description if desired. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new qualification type. 
  5. To change an existing qualification type, select it from the list and then select “Change” button. 
  6. Make any desired changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing qualification type, select it from the list and then select “Delete” button. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the qualification type by selecting “Yes” when prompted. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a qualification type has been deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored in any way. Therefore, it is recommended that users exercise caution when deleting qualification types
