  1. Enter transaction code ON41 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new case type and select “Continue”. 
  4. Enter a description for the new case type and select “Continue”. 
  5. Set up the parameters for the new case type, such as number of steps, responsible department, and required documents. 
  6. Assign a priority level to the new case type and select “Continue”. 
  7. Set up a workflow for the new case type and select “Save”. 
  8. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of transaction code ON41.
