  8. Click “Execute” to generate your report layout.

  It is recommended that users save their report layouts for future use by clicking “Save As” in the menu bar before executing their report layout. This will ensure that their report layout is saved and can be accessed at any time in the future without having to recreate it from scratch each time it is needed.
