  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OIX9 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new list of functional locations and their characteristics. 
  3. Enter the name of the list in the “List Name” field. 
  4. Select the “Functional Location” tab and enter the details of the functional location you want to add to the list. 
  5. Select the “Characteristics” tab and enter the details of the characteristics you want to add to the list for that particular functional location. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each additional functional location you want to add to the list. 
  8. When finished, select “Back” or “Exit” to exit the transaction code.
