    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code OD41 in the command field of the SAP system. 
    2. Select “Global Settings” from the menu bar. 
    3. Select “Document Types” from the drop-down menu. 
    4. Enter a name for the new document type and select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    5. Enter a description for the new document type and select “Save” from the menu bar. 
    6. Select “Document Categories” from the drop-down menu. 
    7. Enter a name for the new document category and select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    8. Enter a description for the new document category and select “Save” from the menu bar. 
    9. Select “Document Classes” from the drop-down menu. 
    10. Enter a name for the new document class and select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    11. Enter a description for the new document class and select “Save” from the menu bar. 
    12. Select “Global Settings” from the menu bar again and select “Save” from the menu bar to save all changes made in this transaction code session.
