  5. Select “Correspondence Types” tab. 
  6. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  7. Enter the name of the correspondence type and select “Save”. 
  8. Assign a sort variant to a correspondence type by selecting “Assign Sort Variant” from the menu bar and entering the name of the sort variant in the corresponding field.
