  1. Enter transaction code N2RW in the SAP command field. 
  2. The Findings Work Station will open up in a new window. 
  3. Use the filters on the left side of the screen to narrow down your search results. 
  4. Select a finding from the list to view its details. 
  5. Use the buttons at the top of the screen to create, edit, or delete findings as needed. 
  6. Assign a responsible person for each finding by selecting their name from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Save your changes when you are finished.
