  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the N10B transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Organizational Unit” tab. 
  3. Select the “Maintain” button. 
  4. Select the “Work Station” tab. 
  5. Select the “Assign” button. 
  6. Select an organizational unit from the list of available units. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  8. Select the “Back” button to return to the previous screen. 
  9. Select the “Personnel” tab to assign personnel to the work station. 
  10. Select a personnel from the list of available personnel and select “Assign” button to assign them to the work station. 
  11. Select the “Roles” tab to assign roles to personnel assigned to the work station. 
  12. Select a role from the list of available roles and select “Assign”
