  1. Enter the transaction code MFP12 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the order number in the Order field. 
  3. Select the desired action from the Action dropdown menu (e.g. Create, Change, Delete). 
  4. Enter the necessary data in the relevant fields (e.g. Handling Unit Number, Quantity). 
  5. Click on Execute to save your changes or click on Cancel to discard them. 
  6. To view the planned handling units for an order, select View Planned HUs from the Action dropdown menu and enter the order number in the Order field. 
  7. To check the availability of planned handling units, select Check Availability from the Action dropdown menu and enter the order number in the Order field. 
  8. Click on Execute to view the results or click on Cancel to discard them.
