  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter ME99 in the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Select the “Messages” tab. 
  3. Select the “Purchase Order” option from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter the purchase order number in the “Purchase Order” field and press enter. 
  5. The messages related to the purchase order will be displayed in a list format. 
  6. Select a message from the list to view its details, such as sender, recipient, date, and status. 
  7. To reply to a message, select the “Reply” button at the bottom of the screen and enter your response in the text box provided.
