  4. Enter the lot size in the Lot Size field. 
  5. Enter the safety stock in the Safety Stock field. 
  6. Select the appropriate MRP type from the drop-down list. 
  7. Select the appropriate MRP controller from the drop-down list. 
  8. Select the appropriate MRP group from the drop-down list. 
  9. Click Save to save your changes.
