  4. Enter the details of the plan, such as the start date, end date, and frequency of maintenance tasks. 
  5. Select the “Save” option to save the plan. 
  6. Select the “Schedule Maintenance Tasks” option from the menu to schedule individual tasks within the plan. 
  7. Enter details such as start date, end date, and duration for each task. 
  8. Select the “Save” option to save each task. 
  9. Select the “Monitor Maintenance Tasks” option from the menu to monitor progress of each task within the plan. 
  10. Select the “Generate Reports” option from the menu to generate reports on maintenance activities.  
  11. Select the “Track Costs” option from the menu to track costs associated with each task within a plan.
