  2. Select the “Maintain” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  4. Enter the name of the new LIS structure you want to create in the “Name” field. 
  5. Enter a description for your new LIS structure in the “Description” field. 
  6. Select a type for your new LIS structure from the drop-down list in the “Type” field. 
  7. Select a version for your new LIS structure from the drop-down list in the “Version” field. 
  8. Click on “Save” to save your changes and create your new LIS structure. 
  9. Click on “Back” to return to the main menu of
