  1. Enter transaction code JD03 into the command field. 
  2. Select an existing edition or create a new one. 
  3. Enter the name of the edition and click “Create”. 
  4. Enter the number of levels and objects that will be included in the edition. 
  5. Select the type of objects that will be included in the edition and click “Save”. 
  6. The general rule for the edition will be displayed on screen. 
  7. To edit or delete an existing edition, select it from the list and click “Edit” or “Delete” respectively.
