  1. Enter transaction code IMA3N in the command field. 
  2. Enter the appropriation request number in the Appropriation Request field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The details of the appropriation request will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To view the budget plan associated with the appropriation request, click on Goto > Budget Plan in the menu bar. 
  6. The budget plan will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. To exit, click on Back (F3).
