  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code IDCFMHU_ARCHIVE_CUST into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Retention Periods” tab. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new retention period for customer master data. 
  4. Enter the desired retention period in days, weeks, months, or years. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new retention period. 
  6. To view archived customer master data, select the “Archived Data” tab and enter a date range for which you would like to view archived data. 
  7. To delete archived customer master data, select the “Delete” button and enter a date range for which you would like to delete archived data. 
  8. To view archived customer master data in a graphical format, select the “Graphical View” tab and enter a date range for which you would like to view archived
