This includes setting the initial and final numbers of the range, as well as setting the interval between numbers. The number range maintenance also allows users to set the status of a range (active or inactive) and to delete existing ranges. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ICLN_NR in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the number range and select “Number Range Interval” from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter the initial and final numbers of the range, as well as the interval between numbers. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To activate or deactivate a range, select “Change” from the menu bar and then select “Activate” or “Deactivate” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. To delete a range, select “Delete” from the menu bar and then confirm your selection by selecting “Yes” in the pop-up window. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a number range has been created, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deactivating it. Additionally, it is recommended that users create multiple number ranges for different purposes, such as customer complaints and internal notices, in order to ensure that each notice is assigned a unique number.
