  Overview: 
  HRPADUAP4 is a SAP transaction code used to create and manage leave of absence orders in the Human Resources (HR) module. It is used to record and track employee absences, such as vacation, sick leave, or other types of leave. 
  
  Functionality: 
  HRPADUAP4 allows users to create and manage leave of absence orders for employees. It can be used to record the start and end dates of an employee’s leave, as well as the type of leave taken. It also allows users to view and edit existing orders, as well as delete orders that are no longer needed. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code HRPADUAP4 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new order. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number and select “Continue”. 
  4. Enter the start and end dates of the leave, as well as the type of leave taken (e.g., vacation, sick leave, etc.). 
  5. Select “Save” to save the order. 
  6. To view or edit an existing order, select the “Display” button and enter the personnel number of the employee whose order you wish to view or edit. 
  7. To delete an order, select the “Delete” button and enter the personnel number of the employee whose order you wish to delete.
