  Overview:
  SAP transaction code GS33 is used to display key figures in the SAP system. It is a part of the Controlling (CO) module and is used to view the key figures of a cost center or cost object. 
  
  Functionality: 
  GS33 allows users to view the key figures of a cost center or cost object. This includes the current values, as well as the planned and actual values for the period. It also allows users to view the total values for all cost centers or cost objects in a particular area. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code GS33 in the command field. 
  2. Select the Cost Center/Cost Object radio button and enter the relevant information. 
  3. Select the Key Figures radio button and enter the relevant information. 
  4. Click on Execute to view the key figures for the selected cost center or cost object. 
  5. To view total values for all cost centers or cost objects in a particular area, select the Total Values radio button and enter the relevant information. 
  6. Click on Execute to view the total values for all cost centers or cost objects in that area.
