  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code GLPLSET is used to set a planner profile in the FI-SL (Financial Accounting - Special Ledger) module. This transaction code is used to define the characteristics of a planner profile, which is used to control the planning process in the Special Ledger.

  The GLPLSET transaction code allows users to define the characteristics of a planner profile, such as the type of planning, the planning period, and the planning method. The planner profile can also be used to control the data entry process, such as which fields are mandatory and which are optional. Additionally, users can specify which fields are visible and which are hidden. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code GLPLSET in the command field. 
  2. Enter a name for the planner profile in the Profile field. 
  3. Select a type of planning from the drop-down menu in the Planning Type field. 
  4. Select a planning period from the drop-down menu in the Planning Period field. 
  5. Select a planning method from the drop-down menu in the Planning Method field. 
  6. Specify which fields are mandatory and which are optional by selecting them from the list of available fields in the Data Entry tab. 
  7. Specify which fields are visible and which are hidden by selecting them from the list of available fields in the Visibility tab.
