  4. Select the “Posting Period” field and enter the period for which you want to post the journal entries. 
  5. Select the “Posting Key” field and enter the posting key for which you want to post the journal entries. 
  6. Select the “Company Code” field and enter the company code for which you want to post the journal entries. 
  7. Select the “Document Number” field and enter the document number for which you want to post the journal entries. 
  8. Select “Execute” button to
