  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FZ14 in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. The PRF-0 table will be displayed on the screen. 
  3. To view an existing policy, enter the policy number in the search field and click “Search”. 
  4. To create a new policy, click “Create” and enter all of the required information for the new policy. 
  5. To delete an existing policy, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
  6. Once all changes have been made, click “Save” to save them to the PRF-0 table.
