  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter transaction code FXIM into the command field in SAP. 
  2. The Report Monitor will open up, displaying a list of all reports that have been scheduled or executed in the system. 
  3. Select a report from the list to view its current status, start and end times, and any errors that may have occurred during execution. 
  4. To cancel or restart a report, select it from the list and click on the “Cancel” or “Restart” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  5. To delete a report from the system, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the screen.
