  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new incident expense or settlement, select the “Create” button in the FOYA transaction code. 
  2. Enter the required information for the incident expense or settlement, such as the type of expense or settlement, the amount, and any other relevant details. 
  3. Select “Save” to save the new incident expense or settlement. 
  4. To view an existing incident expense or settlement, select the “Display” button in the FOYA transaction code.
