  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FOED in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. The Maintain Global Variables screen will appear. 
  3. Select the desired global variable from the list of available variables. 
  4. To create a new global variable, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. Enter the name of the new variable and its value in the appropriate fields. 
  6. To modify an existing variable, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
  7. Enter the new value for the variable in the appropriate field and click on “Save” to save your changes.
