  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the FAIR04 transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Select the document type you wish to displace. 
  3. Enter the document number of the document you wish to displace. 
  4. Select the account you wish to move the document to, or select “Delete” if you wish to delete the document from the system. 
  5. Confirm your selection and save your changes.

  It is important to note that when displacing documents, all related documents must also be displaced in order for the process to be successful. Additionally, it is recommended that users back up their data before making any changes in order to ensure that no data is lost in case of an error or system failure.
