  5. View the details of the dispute by clicking on it. 
  6. To create a new dispute, click on “Create New Dispute” in the top right corner of the screen. 
  7. Enter all relevant information about the dispute, such as customer name, vendor name, dispute type, dispute amount, and dispute date. 
  8. Click “Save” to save the new dispute.
