  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  To use the F.63 transaction code, follow these steps 
  1. Log into the SAP system and enter the F.63 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the request you want to delete from the list of available requests. 
  3. Confirm that you want to delete the request by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window. 
  4. The request will be deleted and removed from the system. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a request is deleted, it cannot be recovered or accessed again. Therefore, it is recommended that users only delete requests that are no longer needed or have been completed. Additionally, users should ensure that they have permission to delete requests before doing so.
