  4. Set up the job parameters, such as start date and time, end date and time, and frequency of job. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Execute” to run the job immediately or “Schedule” to schedule it for a later time. 
  7. To view the status of a job, select “Display Job” from the menu bar and enter the job name in the appropriate field.
