  1. Enter the CXRC transaction code in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the variant group you wish to create and select “Save”. 
  4. Enter the data related to the variant group and select “Save” again. 
  5. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the variant group. 
  6. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of the CXRC transaction code. 
  7. To change or delete an existing variant group, select “Change” or “Delete” from the menu bar respectively. 
  8. Select “Back” from the menu bar when you are finished with your changes or deletions.
