  5. Click “Archive” to complete the process. 
  6. To view or edit an archived order, select “Display” from the menu and select the order you wish to view or edit from the list of available orders. 
  7. To delete an archived order, select “Delete” from the menu and select the order you wish to delete from the list of available orders.

  It is important to note that once an order has been archived, it cannot be reversed or undone. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all necessary information has been entered before archiving an order, and that all changes have been saved before archiving an order in progress.
