  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Open the CNVMBTIMG transaction code in SAP. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for your process tree and click “OK”. 
  4. Select “Add Step” from the menu bar and enter a name for your step. 
  5. Select “Add Task” from the menu bar and enter a name for your task. 
  6. Assign a user or group of users to this task by selecting “Assign User” from the menu bar. 
  7. Set up notifications for when tasks are completed by selecting “Notifications” from the menu bar. 
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 until all tasks have been added and assigned to users.
