  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code CN99 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Archive” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Select the “Standard Networks” option from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter the name of the standard network you want to archive in the “Network Name” field. 
  5. Click on “Archive” button to start archiving process. 
  6. Once archiving process is complete, click on “OK” button to confirm archiving process is successful. 
  7. To view archived documents, select “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the document you want to view in the “Document Name” field.
