  1. Access the Tierd Pricing Workbench by entering the transaction code CMM_TIER_WB in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the product or service for which you want to create a pricing tier. 
  3. Enter the details of the pricing tier, such as the name, description, and conditions. 
  4. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button.
