  The CGB1 transaction code allows users to create and maintain number ranges for special key figures in the EHS module. This includes creating new number ranges, changing existing ones, and deleting obsolete ones. The CGB1 transaction code also allows users to view existing number ranges and their associated data. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the CGB1 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the desired number range name and description in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Select the “Save” option from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  5. To view existing number ranges, select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 
  6. To change an existing number range, select the “Change” option from the menu bar. 
  7. To delete an obsolete number range, select the “Delete” option from the menu bar.
