  4. To add a new phrase, click on the “New” button and enter the new phrase in the text box provided. 
  5. To delete an existing phrase, select it from the list of phrases and click on the “Delete” button. 
  6. To modify an existing phrase, select it from the list of phrases and click on the “Modify” button. Enter your changes in the text box provided and click on “Save” to save your changes.
