  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code CG05 is used to distribute specifications in the SAP system. It is a part of the Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA) module and is used to create and maintain cost center specifications. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The CG05 transaction code allows users to create and maintain cost center specifications. This includes creating new specifications, editing existing ones, and deleting obsolete ones. The specifications are used to define the cost centers that are associated with a particular cost element. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CG05 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the specification you want to create in the “Specification Name” field. 
  4. Enter the cost element you want to assign to this specification in the “Cost Element” field. 
  5. Select the “Cost Centers” tab and enter the cost centers you want to assign to this specification in the “Cost Centers” field. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  7. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of CG05 transaction code. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the options available in CG05 before using it for their own purposes. Additionally, users should always make sure that they have saved their changes before exiting out of CG05, as any unsaved changes will be lost when they exit out of it.
