  1. Enter the transaction code CBIH02 into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the initial screen. 
  3. Enter the name of the work area and a description of it. 
  4. Assign personnel to the work area by entering their user ID or name in the appropriate field. 
  5. Assign roles to personnel by selecting them from a drop-down list. 
  6. Save your changes by selecting “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
