  1. Enter the transaction code BUM3 into the command field. 
  2. Enter the employee number or name into the search field. 
  3. Select the employee from the list of results. 
  4. View or edit the employee information as needed. 
  5. To create a new employee, select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter all relevant information for the new employee and select “Save” when finished. 
  7. The new employee will now be visible in the list of results when searching for employees using BUM3.
