  Overview: 
  Transaction code BH05 is used to maintain personnel areas in the SAP system. Personnel areas are used to group employees according to their organizational structure and are used for reporting and payroll purposes. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The BH05 transaction code allows users to create, edit, and delete personnel areas in the SAP system. It also allows users to assign personnel subareas to personnel areas, as well as assign personnel numbers to personnel subareas. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code BH05 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new personnel area. 
  3. Enter the name of the personnel area and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Change” button to edit an existing personnel area. 
  5. Enter the name of the personnel area and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing personnel area. 
  7. Enter the name of the personnel area and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “Assign Personnel Subarea” button to assign a personnel subarea to a personnel area. 
  9. Enter the name of the personnel subarea and select “Save”. 
  10. Select the “Assign Personnel Number” button to assign a personnel number to a personnel subarea. 
  11. Enter the name of the personnel number and select “Save”.
