  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the BC69 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Business Partner” tab. 
  3. Select the “Field Group Assignments” tab. 
  4. Select the “Assign Field Groups” button. 
  5. Select the desired field groups from the list of available field groups and click “OK”. 
  6. The selected field groups will now be assigned to the business partner and will be visible in the business partner master data. 
  7. To view or change existing field group assignments, select the “View/Change Field Group Assignments” button and select the desired field groups from the list of available field groups and click “OK”.
