  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code BBP_CMS_CAT in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new category for CMS templates or legal contracts. 
  3. Enter the name of the category and a description if desired. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new category. 
  5. To edit an existing category, select it from the list and then select “Edit”. 
  6. Make any desired changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing category, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the category by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
