  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter AXTEXT in the command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Enter a technical name and description for the new extension type. 
  4. Assign a category to the type by selecting it from the drop-down list. 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To edit an existing extension type, select it from the list and click “Edit” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Make your changes and click “Save” when you are finished. 
  7. To delete an obsolete extension type, select it from the list and click “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Confirm your selection by clicking “Yes” when prompted.

  It is important to note that any changes made using AXTEXT will only take effect after a system restart or after activating a transport request for them. Additionally, it is recommended that users create a backup of their system before making any changes using this transaction code, as any mistakes could cause serious issues with their system.
