  1. Enter transaction code AW01N into the command field in SAP. 
  2. The Asset Explorer will open up with an overview of all assets in the system. 
  3. To create a new asset, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the asset and click “Save” when finished. 
  5. To edit an existing asset, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the asset and click “Save” when finished.
