  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code AUT05 is used to delete long texts in the SAP system. Long texts are used to store large amounts of text information, such as descriptions, instructions, and other information. This transaction code allows users to delete long texts that are no longer needed. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The AUT05 transaction code allows users to delete long texts from the SAP system. It can be used to delete single or multiple long texts at once. The deleted long texts are permanently removed from the system and cannot be recovered. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code AUT05 in the command field. 
  2. Select the long text you want to delete by entering its ID number in the “Long Text ID” field. 
  3. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the selected long text. 
  4. To delete multiple long texts at once, select them by entering their ID numbers in the “Long Text ID” field and click on the “Delete” button. 
  5. Confirm your selection by clicking on the “Yes” button in the confirmation window that appears. 
  6. The selected long texts will be deleted from the system and cannot be recovered. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users exercise caution when using this transaction code as deleted long texts cannot be recovered. It is also recommended that users back up any important data before deleting any long texts from the system.
