  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code VOVM in the command field. 
  2. Select the document type you wish to cancel from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter the document number you wish to cancel in the “Document Number” field. 
  4. Select “Cancel” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  5. Confirm that you wish to cancel the document by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  6. The document will be cancelled and a confirmation message will appear on screen.
