  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code SWU2 is used to monitor the status of RFCs (Remote Function Calls) in the SAP system. It is used to check the status of workflows and to troubleshoot any errors that may occur.

  SWU2 allows users to view the status of all RFCs in the system, including those that are currently running, those that have been completed, and those that have failed. It also provides detailed information about each RFC, such as its start and end time, its duration, and any errors that may have occurred. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SWU2 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Workflow RFC Monitor” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the “Display” button to view all RFCs in the system. 
  4. Select an individual RFC to view more detailed information about it. 
  5. Select the “Cancel” button to cancel an individual RFC if necessary. 
  6. Select the “Refresh” button to update the list of RFCs in the system. 
  7. Select the “Back” button to return to the main menu when finished. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the options available in SWU2 before using it, as some of them can be difficult to understand without prior knowledge. Additionally, users should be aware that cancelling an RFC can have unintended consequences, so it should only be done if absolutely necessary.
